Sailing
One week sailing around the cyclades islands. euro 490 From and to Naxos port, cabins incl. bedclothes. Extra costs for food on board, port taxes, water and diesel. Check-in and –out always Fridays
The seas around the biggest island of cyclades, Naxos, offers many possibilities for island hopping
and for exploring quiet bays and beaches. The fascinating island group of the small cyclades (Iraklia,
Shinoussa, Koufonissi) are ideal for a stop over, also Santorini, Paros and Mykonos will be included in
the itinerary.
Planning of the route will be decided between skipper and sailors, subject of course to the weather
conditions for reasons of safety.
The boat will be the sailing yacht "Christiana" with the German speaking Skipper Kutte Priesner.
"Christiana" has a length of 10 meters and offers for 2-4 passengers a very good level of comfort.
For more passangers bigger and more sailing yachts will be chartered.
Skipper Kutte Priesner has many years experience in sailing and surfing in the Greek Aegean sea.
windsurfers will known him very well as writer of tests at surf magazine.

Important information’s
Our main arrival day is Saturday/Friday. We offer different kinds of organized transfers from the new Airport in Athens
to Naxos. The ferry to Naxos takes with highspeed takes 3 hours and with Blue Star ferries 5 hours, starting in Piraeus
port approximately between 04h00 and 06h00 pm.
Please take notice that it should come to a waiting period at the port of Piraeus. The boat schedule you can
find under

Organized transfer with taxi or bus to the port. Blue Star Ferries to Naxos within 5 hours.
Return with a slow night ferry ( 6 hours ) at the evening before departure.

The Olympic Airways offers daily flights to Naxos. To avoid a long transfertime, it is possible to reserve a
connectingflight from Athens to Naxos. We are making the reservation with olympic airways directly.
These connection is always depending on the validity of the Olympic flight schedule.
It is necessary to check these schedules always in case of a booking request.

Arrival at Santorin or Mykonos:
Charter flights to Santorin or Mykonos. The ferry takes approx. between 1,5 – 3 hours.
Concerning to the flight and ferry schedules a stopover can be necessary. Concerning the ferry schedule
the transfer from Santorini is easier and quicklier then from Mykonos.
Transfer Hotels :
On request we organize stopover hotels for one or more nights on Mykonos or on Santorin.

Spot Info
Thats the unique at the Flisvos Sportclub Naxos: 2 Surf Spots and two Surf Centers,
one direct in front of the wave spot, the other beside our enclosed lagoon. Flisvos Surfcenter, with its marble
courtyard, you start directly next to the beach café to the outside bay. Ideal with 4 – 5 Bft for Slalom Boards
and from 6Bft for wave freaks. Waves are 1 to 2,5m high breaking on offshore reefs.
Easily you can surf to our flatwater lagoon.

The Hotel Naxos Beach is in ca 100 m distance to the Sportclub and the beach. The Hotel got completely
new renovated. We offer rooms with balcony, air condition, fridges, televisions
and safe boxes ( extra charge ). A nice new sweet water pool and a beautiful garden surrounding. The
bathrooms are new renovated and equipped with shower cabins.
The breakfast buffet is included and the guests are welcome to take it to their rooms or on their balcony’s.
For families we provide some rooms with connecting doors!
The rooms will be cleaned from Monday untill Saturday! Our housekeeping stuff is off on Sundays.

The nice and new renovated studios are in approx. 60m distance from the beach, they got a small
kitchenette, terrace and a garden. These Studios are very good for two couples or a family!

up to 1000 m, strong winds and without mass tourism.
The Flisvos Sportclub is situated directly on a perfect surf spot with a flat water lagoon and
a nice wave spot. The lively capital Naxos Chora is in only 800m walking distance from the
Sportclub. All these perfect conditions and the offer of various sports and culture activities are
creating a great atmosphere.
Surfers and non surfers will have a relaxed holiday at the Flisvos Sportclub.
